Concept Design & Planning Submissions
Taking care of our clients, their aspirations, and their lifestyle. We take the time to listen, understand and translate dreams into innovative concepts. Collaborative from the outset, at the initial meeting with our clients, a detailed feasibility study is undertaken in order to ensure that we capture their vision as well as build a clear and complete 360 degree understanding of the project with every detail carefully considered – the site, potential
constraints, attributes, relevant planning policies and so on.
Planning Permission
With the concept in place, it’s time to get technical. Our exemplary reputation for securing planning permissions, is a result of our creativity and commitment to producing the best schemes, and our enthusiasm for testing the system and securing results.Priding ourselves in producing the finest illustrations, plans and construction documents. We have developed a unique and highly successful style when presenting our planning submissions to clients and local authorities. Every application is afforded the same level of professionalism and attention to detail whether that be a bespoke new home, extension, conversion or refurbishment.
3D Graphics, Visualisations & Animations
Our expert graphics and visualisation team work closely with our architects to produce 3D models and highly detailed and accurate computer-
generated imagery. This helps clients to visualise the designs and transforms their aspirations into reality. Our clients are guaranteed visually stunning designs and we take huge pride in bringing their vision to life.
At Ascot Design Studio we also provide both high quality exterior and interior 3D architectural animations. Animation is an extremely powerful medium; it adds realism and a different visual experience to each client’s project. Even in the planning and construction phases, interior walkthroughs and exterior flyovers will inject life into the project and ensure the client feels at the very heart of the process.
Detailed Technical Drawings
To achieve accurate pricing for the construction team, clear and concise detailed architectural drawings and specifications are produced. Always keeping our client’s needs front of mind when acting as lead consultant throughout, coordinating the various specialists involved and scheduling their input to meet, and where possible exceed, target and programme deadlines. It’s this level of support that stands Ascot Design apart from the field. Not only is every client’s home bespoke but so is their experience.
Consultant & Contract Administration
Our goal is to make the process hassle-free for our clients by coordinating consultant information and issuing tenders to potential contractors, in order to obtain comparable and competitive build costs. Aiming to balance financial viability with team chemistry.
Where possible we like to work with local contractors, but regardless of who is selected, suitability for the client is our number one priority. After all, the decisions made at this stage are critical to success.
We provide independent advice based on RIBA recommendations and industry standard documentation to ensure a transparent process. This is clearly defined to provide a framework, which safeguards and supports all parties.
While on site, we work closely and collaboratively with the client and contractor to ensure that the quality of delivery matches the vision and
expectations of our clients. Regularly monitoring both site and programme, dealing with day-to-day issues as and when they arise so that our clients don’t have to.
Finally, we oversee variations, certify payments to contractors and provide completion certification following the successful delivery of the project.

As well as investing in the education and wellbeing of our own team, we invest in the education of both university students and school pupils around the world. Offering valuable internships and immersive workshops to support their career development and help to facilitate career opportunities where we can.
We are proud to support the established humanitarian architecture charity called Article 25. They are committed to helping communities most in need through designing, building, and providing the building blocks for an improved quality of life. They have completed some wonderful work, including over 90 projects in 34 different countries around the world.
