Jaden Smith Named Christian Louboutin’s First Men’s Creative Director
A new chapter begins at Christian Louboutin. The French luxury house has appointed Jaden Smith as its first-ever Men’s Creative Director, marking a historic moment for the brand’s menswear division. Until now, Christian Louboutin himself has been the sole public face of design, making Smith’s appointment a bold step forward.
The American artist and actor, known for his boundary-pushing style and outspoken cultural influence, will relocate to Paris as he takes on the role. His debut will arrive in January with an “avant-premiere” release in select boutiques and online, followed by a full seasonal collection slated for Fall/Winter 2026.
Speaking to WWD, Christian Louboutin praised Smith’s vision: “I see in him a person of passion, someone who is open to creating and who wants to create, not to make a profit. That is something I have been missing. So, the question is, what can we do together that is both creative and interesting for our world?”
For Louboutin, it signals a new energy infused into the house’s menswear codes. For Smith, it’s the next evolution of an artist determined to blur the lines between culture, creativity and fashion.
