New landmark dining at Puente Romano
A magical meal enjoyed in stunning settings is the pinnacle of travelling. Sports World are proud to work with the iconic Puente Romano resort in Marbella, the benchmark for luxurious stays and delectable dining experiences.
Feast for the senses
When dining out this season, remember to pack your passport, as spring promises a sensational culinary journey of new international flavours and exotic experiences at three extraordinary new restaurants. ‘GAIA’, the internationally renowned Greek-Mediterranean restaurant, ‘El Pimpi Marbella’, our favourite Andalusian tavern, as well as ‘Chanca by COYA’, the first late-night venue of its kind in Spain, are all coming to Puente Romano Beach Resort. We headed to the beachside resort, also home to COYA, Cipriani and Nobu Marbella, to discover more about the latest editions to this world-class dining destination.
GAIA
Curated by Chef Izu Ani & restaurateur Evgeny Kuzin and with a Greek inspired menu, GAIA is an exciting new Mediterranean lifestyle restaurant. GAIA promises traditional flavours and warm hospitality, surrounded by beautiful design echoing Grecian culture. The gastronomic star of the show is The Ice Market, a signature display of fresh fish, shellfish, seafood, and local produce. We can let you into a secret; the restaurant will also be home to an exclusive speakeasy nightclub, NYX.
NYX MARBELLA
Seek out a hidden door and you will find NYX, an intimate and stylish speakeasy nightclub, with an alluringly rich design that is a flamboyant contrast to light-filled Mediterranean restaurant.
CHANCA BY COYA
Chanca by COYA Marbella is set to be the most sought-after nightlife venue on the coast, taking guests on an immersive journey from early evenings to late nights with sophisticated drinks, cocktails, and the best music. This new Adventure Temple is by COYA Marbella, so expect exceptional, Inca inspired interiors, incredible parties as well as guest and resident DJs.
EL PIMPI MARBELLA
El Pimpi, undoubtedly the most emblematic restaurant & tavern in Málaga, is coming to Puente Romano Beach Resort, bringing its authentic Andalusian charm. Part owned by Antonio Banderas, the award-winning actor from Malaga, El Pimpi is the new Marbella destination for tapas and dining paired with Spanish wines. Voted the Best Resort in Spain, Puente Romano Beach Resort continues to push the boundaries by reshaping the dining landscape.
