A Decade of Excellence: Celebrating 10 Years of SW

SW marked a major milestone this year, a full decade of building, growing and pushing the boundaries of what our world could be. To honour the moment, we brought the people who’ve shaped our journey together for an unforgettable evening aboard a Dubai superyacht, surrounded by friends, family and long-time partners who’ve been part of the story from day one.

Revisiting the Night

With the Dubai skyline in the background, the evening created a natural pause. It gave us space to step back, look at how far we’ve come and connect with the people who’ve been part of the journey. Friends, family and long-time partners came together in a setting that felt relaxed and genuine.

Across the deck, conversations flowed easily. Some looked back at the early days, others talked about what’s next, and plenty sat somewhere in between. The mix of old stories, familiar faces and shared pride summed up what the past ten years have meant to everyone involved.

The night didn’t need anything more than that. Good people, good energy and a setting that spoke for itself.

A Message From the Founders

“10 years. Ten years of early mornings, late nights, blind faith, big dreams and the kind of loyalty you can’t buy. We built this from absolutely nothing. Not a plan, not a safety net, just two lads who believed the world might give us a chance if we worked hard enough and stuck together. We’ve carried each other through every chapter, the wins, the losses, the moments no one else saw, the days where we questioned everything and the nights where one good idea changed our whole direction.

What we’ve built isn’t just a company. It’s a story of trust, grit, friendship and the belief that two ordinary guys can create something extraordinary if they refuse to quit. Here’s to 10 years in the game and to the next 10 of doing it together.”
