OVERVIEW

This Refund Policy outlines the terms relating to refunds for payments made to SW Global LLC (“SW”, “we”, “our”, “us”) for services provided to brands, partners, clients and individuals.
SW provides bespoke marketing, partnership, referral and network services. Payments are made based on agreed proposals, contracts, commercial arrangements and invoices issued by SW.

 

REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Due to the bespoke nature of SW’s services, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Payments are generally non-refundable once:

• services have commenced;
• services have commenced;
• marketing activities or deliverables have been initiated;
• introductions between clients, brands or partners have been made;
• third-party commitments or arrangements have been entered into; or
• access to SW services, networks or opportunities has been provided.

 

 

MARKETING & PARTNERSHIP SERVICES

Payments relating to marketing packages, brand partnerships and related services are based on agreed deliverables and timelines. Where work has commenced or resources have been allocated, payments are non-refundable.

 

REFERRAL & COMMISSION FEES

Where SW facilitates introductions between clients, brands, partners or individuals, agreed referral or commission fees become payable in accordance with the relevant commercial agreement.

Such fees are non-refundable once the relevant introduction or business opportunity has been provided.

 

MEMBERSHIP & NETWORK ACCESS

Where SW provides membership or access to its client network and associated opportunities, fees are non-refundable once access has been granted.

 

REQUESTING A REFUND

Any refund request must be submitted in writing to:

• name/company name;
• invoice number;
• payment date; and
• reason for the refund request.

 

SW will review all requests and confirm whether a refund is applicable.

 

APPROVED REFUNDS

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and the customer’s financial institution.
