Beach Enclave: A Modern Expression of Villa Living in Turks and Caicos
In Turks and Caicos, Beach Enclave introduces a more considered way to experience the Caribbean. This is villa living, elevated through design, service and a deep connection to place.
Set across four private resorts on Providenciales, each location offers its own distinct rhythm. The North Shore reveals a quieter side of the island, framed by protected marine park waters. Long Bay leans into movement, known for its steady breeze and expansive shoreline. Grace Bay delivers a more iconic setting, where white sand and calm waters define one of the Caribbean’s most recognisable coastlines.
Across every location, the concept remains consistent. Spacious private villas are paired with a level of service typically reserved for the world’s leading resorts. Dedicated butlers, concierge teams and discreet housekeeping shape each stay, while curated experiences bring a more personal dimension to time on the island.
Daily life unfolds with ease. Mornings begin with freshly prepared continental breakfasts, while private chefs can be arranged to take over the kitchen entirely. Yoga sessions, beach set-ups and tailored excursions are seamlessly integrated, allowing guests to move between rest and activity without interruption.
At its core, Beach Enclave is designed around how people want to travel now. Space, privacy and flexibility are no longer luxuries, they are expectations. What sets this brand apart is how it layers these elements with intuitive hospitality, creating stays that feel both effortless and deeply personal.
The Reserve Villa 3: Grace Bay, Reimagined
Positioned within the exclusive Reserve at Grace Bay, Villa 3 offers a more expansive interpretation of beachfront living. Set directly on the shoreline, the villa spans 13,797 square feet, balancing indoor and outdoor space with a sense of scale that feels both open and intentional.
Inside, 10,696 square feet of air-conditioned living space is arranged across a main residence and a private guest cottage. Seven ensuite bedrooms and eight and a half bathrooms allow the villa to host larger groups while maintaining privacy throughout.
The ground floor is designed around shared moments. A wide open-plan living, dining and kitchen space anchors the home, centred around a large island that naturally draws people together. Floor-to-ceiling glazing frames uninterrupted views across Grace Bay, while a media room, office and additional guest suites add flexibility.
The adjacent cottage introduces a quieter layer, with two garden-facing bedrooms and private terraces, ideal for guests seeking separation without disconnecting from the main residence.
Upstairs, the primary suite takes full advantage of its position. Glass corner walls open to panoramic ocean views, while the private terrace, soaking tub and outdoor shower create a more immersive connection to the setting. Two further beachfront suites extend this experience, each with its own balcony overlooking the water.
Above it all, the rooftop terrace shifts the perspective entirely. Designed for gathering, it offers a more elevated vantage point across Grace Bay, particularly as the light begins to change towards evening.
Outdoor living is where the villa comes into its own. A 50-foot infinity pool stretches towards the horizon, complete with a shallow lounge platform and integrated hot tub. A covered deck with summer kitchen supports long afternoons by the water, while a sunken fire pit and private garden spaces introduce a more intimate setting after sunset.
