Now the same care has landed at Westfield, White City, right where two hundred thousand people a day already shop, eat and train.

“We didn’t want people to have to find us. We wanted to be exactly where they are already” said Dr Robbie Hughes, founder of Dental Excellence.

Walk in and there is no clinical white, no waiting-room hush. Instead: marble, warm light, bespoke Italian furnishings and second to none hospitality. You are greeted with a coffee, you choose a film to watch during treatment, and everything, including payment, happens in complete privacy.

The most advanced clinic the group has ever built

Behind the calm sits serious firepower. Dental Excellence was the first clinic in Europe to acquire SprintRay’s MIDAS 3D printer, which prints a veneer in around ten minutes, and Westfield brings that same digital workflow to London: 3D facial scanning that designs your smile around your whole face, digital impressions, and the group’s signature Same Day Smile treatment, transforming teeth within a single visit. No drilling, no needles, no temporaries.

The full menu runs from Invisalign, whitening and EMS Guided Biofilm Therapy hygiene through to porcelain veneers, implants, composite bonding and more. Same-day and emergency appointments run outside standard hours, and the clinic is open seven days a week with evenings, so a check-up fits around a shop, not a day off work.
