Welcome to the newly opened restaurant situated in Spinningfields, Manchester. Serving a sharing concept menu curated by two talented Greek natives; Executive Chef, Ippokratis and Head Chef, Zisis, who will guide you as you embark on your very own journey of Greek discovery.
The relaxed elevated dining concept rises from the legacy of traditional Greek–Mediterranean cuisine, transforming aeons of recipes into daring new dishes, bringing modern techniques together with traditional ingredients and flavours.
The interior design has been inspired by the famous firebird. Brooding and atmospheric, the ground floor bar at Fenix is where each journey begins. Inspired by the nest of the firebird, flame effects dance across the tops of the central cauldron, softly lighting the volcanic rock ceiling and wall surrounds.
The restaurant level is a beautiful and immersive environment, representing the rebirth of the mythical Fenix, windswept stone walls and arched interior ceilings give a strong nod to the traditional Greek craftsmanship that inspired the design.
The space, illuminated by the stages of the sun, bright as it passes overhead on a relaxed afternoon. Moving into the evening the energy transforms as the warmth of the sun setting is felt through warm fiery tones and soft pinks that flood the space.
Once the sun passes the ocean horizon the tempo rises. As moonlight appears inhibitions are let go, as the music from our resident DJs invokes excitement and escapism in the intimacy of night.
Launching soon, exclusive ‘Moonlight Parties’ will take place every Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 10.30pm in the Fenix Nest bar area. Gather your tribe and dance around the flames of the fire pit until the early hours with expertly crafted cocktails and luxury bottle serves available on request.
